New York subway posters to announce DSW's arrival in the Big Apple and to support the grand opening of the Union Square/Battery Park stores don't trifle with the piddling likes of babies. "Our strategic challenge was that most New Yorkers don't know what DSW is," say the creatives. "We needed to educate them about DSW and make those three letters equal 'great shoes' in their minds. The overall strategy was to demonstrate that DSW not only has the most current styles of quality shoes but also understands how much women love shoes."
