As London's Pearlfisher Design explains, "Waitrose is better known for its food than its toiletries. That's a fact we used to our advantage in designing the packaging for Umi-the own-brand's latest range of premium toiletries. Because the ingredients for Umi are sourced from nature, and include plants, flowers and food products, we were able to work with a 'gourmet toiletries' theme. Our design uses elements of premium food packaging to convey a sense of luxury, provenance and perfection."
