The New York design/advertising firm that goes by the mouthful of GHavisualagency is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a $45 pink hardcover monograph from Booth-Clibborn Editions/Harry N. Abrams. According to the GHers, "With no formal graphic design training, Derek Lerner, Randall J. Lane, David Merten, Peter Rentz and Sadek Bazaraa formed GHavisualagency, formerly known as Graphic Havoc, in Atlanta in 1994 before relocating to Brooklyn and opening a second office in Los Angeles. The five art directors have drawn on their diverse backgrounds in such fields as fine art, graffiti, philosophy, motion pictures and music to create graphic design solutions that constantly challenge typically accepted ideas of what makes good design."
