On April 8, the AIGA New York's Small Talks series will present Ayse Birsel. "Born in Izmir, Turkey, Birsel came to New York to attend Pratt as a Fulbright Scholar. His firm, Olive 1:1, turns the expected on end. Some results: a reinvented cubicle for Herman Miller, and, for Toto Japan, a reinterpreted toilet seat."
