New York's School of Visual Arts presents a retrospective exhibition of the work of Robert Frankenberg (1911-2001), illustrator, painter and an SVA instructor for more than 40 years. Titled "An Artist's Life, in Memoriam," the exhibition will be on view at the Visual Arts Museum, 209 East 23rd St., Feb. 5 through March 19. The show includes more than 60 paintings, drawings and watercolors from the personal collection of the artist's widow, Celestine Frankenberg.
