From Nov. 19-Dec. 4, the Passage du Désir, a Paris art gallery run by local agency BETC Euro RSCG, presents the first solo show of photographs by BETC copywriter Rémi Noel. "I try to take pictures that have a story to tell," says Noel. "Images where there's something going on; something funny or poetic or mysterious, never far from the realm of childhood. I think that I pay more attention than most to the things that surround me. Whether I photograph my children or their toys, a Batman or a toy car, it's always with the idea in mind of showing that the 'real' world of grownups is not all that serious, after all." See the PDF for a mini Noel showcase, and see www.reminoel.com for more.
