As part of the second annual Advertising Age Small Agency Conference, a panel of our Small Agency Diary bloggers talked about the challenges and rewards of running small agencies. Moderated by PJA Advertising CEO Phil Johnson, the panel consisted of Curt Hanke, co-founder and account director of Shine, Jennifer Modarelli, owner of White Horse, Thomas Stringham, founding president and creative director of Hot Tomali and Tom Denari, president of Young & Laramore.
