The Texas-based full-service advertising and web design firm will work with APSI to create a solid strategic marketing plan and fresh web site to build and extend their brand. Steel will also provide public relations support to the APSI team--composed of five board-certified surgeons specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
