Working in one of the country's largest independent advertising agencies, Mr. Albrecht will oversee creative brand development and mold the creative work of all of Ten United's Columbus accounts. He will also develop a creative department that's proficient in traditional communication and new media like branded entertainment.
Before coming to Ten United, Mr. Albrecht was the associate creative director at Cramer-Krasselt in Milwaukee, where he worked with clients including Reddi-Wip and Ski-Doo.
"Adam is one of those rare individuals who possesses creative vision and business savvy," said Mike Bednar, chief creative officer of Ten United, in a statement. "He's hungry to move brands into the brave new world of communications, and he develops concepts that enhance brand strategy instead of echo it. In short, he was made for this crazy business."
One of the first accounts Mr. Albrecht will be able to dig in to is Ohio-based Donatos Pizza--a recent win announced by the agency.
The advertising agency will create advertising, promotional, interactive and in-store materials to boost the family-owned and operated chain's presence. This will include building a system-wide brand that will be found in every market.
"I've followed this brand for years," said Rick Milenthal, chairman of Ten United. "Donatos serves the best-tasting pizza in the country, and now we're going to help bring it to more consumers."
Ten United isn't the only one excited about this new team up.
"We're thrilled to be partnering with Ten United," said Tom Santor, executive director of brand marketing and public relations for Donatos. "It's such a coup for us to find an agency right here in Columbus that possesses the national talent and expertise to help us grow."
