The 37-year-old VP-marketing for Big G's biggest cereal franchises came to the food giant straight out of Northwestern . Before taking on her current role last June, Ms. O'Grady was VP-marketing for Progresso, integrating the brand after General Mills acquired it, and driving growth and share gains every year.
