Levi's is back in tune with teens, and Jennifer Sey is a big reason why. The director-consumer marketing for the original denim brand has worked hard over the last two years to revive the icon . That has included an ad campaign-"A style for every story"-from Bartle Bogle Hegarty and forays into new media and integrations such as in the film "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants."

Ms. Sey, 37, "has been instrumental in developing one of the most successful ad campaigns in the company's recent history," says Steve Evans, VP-Levi's brand.

"Now," Ms. Sey asserts, "we are poised to grow."
