As president of Denuo, Nick Pahade sits atop one of the most innovative new agency concepts in recent memory. He manages a team of top media thinkers and spends his time exploring nothing less than the future of advertising.

"I'd argue there's more digital talent in Denuo than in any other holding company," Mr. Pahade says of his 6-month-old company. "The challenge is, how do you operationalize that, and how do you create a true P&L based on the future vs. today?"

Mr. Pahade, 31, joined Denuo from WPP Group's Beyond Interactive, where he also was president. Says Denuo CEO Rishad Tobaccowala: "He is a unique combination of an entrepreneur as well as someone who understands the cultures of large organizations."
