Having made marketing director before 30, he worked on Prilosec OTC three years later when it became the No. 1 OTC antacid five days after launch.

Since Mr. Hudson moved to P&G's Costco team last year, Pampers has won back its place with the No. 2 diaper retailer.

His latest challenge: Next month he moves to marketing director for Cover Girl, another tough category.
