Cindy Gallop, founder-CEO of IfWeRanTheWorld, speaking at the ANA annual conference, explained that advertising's future is not in big ideas, which are "10 a penny." Instead, she said, the future of advertising "belongs to people who make stuff. If you want to grow in the future, you need to always be producing." And in the quest to produce, even a few mistakes are par for the course, she added. "But for God's sake, be making stuff."
