Leaves ANA Attendees With Key Takeaways

Published on .

Jim Speros, exec VP-CMO of Fidelity Investments, speaking at this year's ANA conference, left attendees there with a few key takeaways from the event, including reminding them that the consumer is king; that agencies should be treated as partners, not vendors; and that "powerful, relevant ideas matter more now than ever before," to cut through the clutter. "Engage employees and keep them an extension of your campaign," he said, embrace innovation and risk, and "stay the course over time."
