This agency has been creating "Work That Talks" for 90 years. Formerly WestWayne, 22squared rebranded in 2007 and has become Atlanta's largest agency, based on billings.
In its renovation last year, the agency used 20,000 feet of reclaimed wood from a Civil War munitions factory and installed noise-dampening materials to deter people from using headphones, which "dampens collaboration," said CEO Richard Ward. Staffers enjoy a weekly themed-drink cart, floating summer holidays and a culture like that of a family.
"We always have each other's back, and we truly believe we are better together," wrote one employee.
