It's easy for the agency that created the first iPad ad to say, "The best idea wins" -- and it's true. Deutschers pointed out that the commitment to creativity as an important perk.

The New York office has a 360-degree view of the city, while the L.A. outpost features floating "pods" (conference rooms) and open design. The firm, whose clients include Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft, has three diversity programs.

"The agency culture is very nurturing," one employee wrote. "The people and open office makes the environment more personal and less corporate."
