The independent PR firm has 4,000 employees in 60 offices worldwide and has spent $30 million to create fresh spaces for them. Edelman's impressive perks include a fellows program and a contest awarding winners an extra week's vacation and $1,000. Ten-year veterans are eligible for a paid three-week sabbatical. And if responses to our survey are any indication, many employees might go the distance.
