Despite Its Multitude of Locations and People, Employees Say It Still Feels Like Home

This 64-year-old Madison Avenue stalwart boasts a network of 18,000 employees in more than 169 cities worldwide. But employees say it still feels like home. "There's a feeling of being part of the family," one employee wrote. "It's a company of real people, which is hard to find in advertising."

The firm focuses on giving clients a "360-degree" experience. Staffers work hard but have lots of reasons to enjoy it. Perks at Ogilvy's massive yet eco-friendly New York office include a coffee bar that 's open late, rooftop garden, health center (with a nurse), massage center, bike garage and shoe-shine service.
