Employees boast about the culture more than anything else at the Chicago-based agency, which is located just a few blocks from the United Center Stadium in the city's West Loop. "No one has an ego. ... There is an unwritten "no assholes allowed' [rule], and it seems to ward off the right folks and attract the right folks, too," wrote one staff member.
