The brand consultancy Wolff Olins is all about openness. Offices feature open spaces, and all 150 employees change desks every six months. Global CEO Karl Heiselman currently sits next to someone in accounts payable.
Wolff Olins staffers like that flexibility, as well as programs such as the Venture Project, which gives them the resources to experiment on their own. It has led to company-wide initiatives that include a rooftop beekeeping operation at the King's Cross office that produces Wolff Olins' very own honey.
Oh, and the quarterly MVP Award of $1,000 isn't too shabby, either.
