CANNES ( -- Thousands of people in a packed auditorium and an overspill theater with a big video screen watched the Film and Titanium Integrated Lions awards Saturday on the closing night of the weeklong Cannes Lions festival at the Palais des Festivals.

This year's Young Creatives contest to create and shoot the best spot in 24 hours was won by a team from Italy.

During the Film awards, a man unexpectedly jumped on stage, stripped to a pink tutu, and danced across the stage until host Juan Senor called for security and guards removed him. The tutu-clad man also wore the words "Get seen by the best" written across his front, and "" on his back.

The first Integrated Grand Prix awarded went to Vegaolmosponce, Buenos Aires, for Unilever's Axe 3 mens' fragrance. Executive Creative Director Hernan Ponce holds the trophy.

Crispin Porter & Bogusky, Miami, wins the Titanium Grand Prix for Burger King's "Xbox King Games."

Unilever Dove's "Evolution" is the unsurprising chose for Film Grand Prix. Jury president Bob Scarpelli, chairman and chief creative officer of DDB, presents the Lion to the team from Ogilvy & Mather, Toronto.

Bernard Brochand, mayor of Cannes and former worldwide president of DDB, presents the Palme d'Or to the most-awarded production company, Smuggler.

One of the creators of Gold winner "I Feel Pretty" for Nike from Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Ore.
