We know that some countries -- such as the U.S., Brazil and Germany -- are regular winners at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity. They are seasoned submitters, spending the most on entries annually, and they're also among the top winners. Here, we highlight for you those nations that have yet to make a big splash at the world's biggest ad show, but don't count them out. They could be major contenders in years to come.

Thirty countries have succeeded in bringing home a Gold award, but never a Grand Prix. Surely this batch is in the hunt and are the closest to making the jump to the Grand Prix list moving forward.
