A Cart With Heart

Published on .

Clever Canadian Kia comedy: A man fails to return a shopping cart properly in a parking lot. He drives away in his Kia Rio only to find the demonic cart chasing him down the highway. With some slick driving, he manages to lure it off a cliff, where it explodes, as if it were a scene from a movie. Nice surreal touch. Though this illustrates nothing more than the generic tag "Never a dull moment," the spot indeed can't be called dull. Especially with an inspired kicker, in which one flaming wheel of the cart continues to futilely chase the guy as he complacently drives away.
