When Doves Fly

Published on .

By ad standards, Reebok seems to be getting dangerously political in a compelling music video-style spot, starring Shakira, directed by clips shooter Sophie Muller. After catching our attention with a sexy abdominal move, Shakira does a strangely purposeful dance in the sand; it's finally revealed in a long shot that she's made a giant peace sign on the beach. To top it off, she holds up a pair of Reeboks, which turn into doves. The Oil Factory tells us this concept was Shakira-driven from the get-go, and hats off to Reebok and Arnell for making it happen. So how about hiring the Dixie Chicks?
