World politics and Joe Lieberman notwithstanding, videogame ads, we're happy to note, remain as morbidly amusing as ever. Case in point: Ads for a game website called Gameaholic, featuring Quake III, are blithely intended "For people who love death." It's nice when a slogan doesn't pussyfoot around. Guys barbecuing outside an emergency room with the letters D-I-E painted across their bare chests or a dude witnessing an execution while wearing a giant foam finger is our idea of good clean fun.
