We've never heard of AirTran Airways, which sounds vaguely differently gendered, but it's nice to know that as the entire airline industry goes down the toilet in bankruptcy, there's still someone out there who'll do Jim Jenkins-style comedy, even if Jenkins didn't write it himself- he just directed. Touting low business fares via the tag, "Go. There's nothing stopping you," we get some comic gems, like the company that saves money by shipping everyone to a meeting in boxes via truck, where they pop out in a conference room, spitting foam peanuts. Then there's a guy who's fired by his boss over a cell phone, and when he finds out that the boss is speaking at a conference in another city, he jumps on an AirTran flight and tackles him at the podium. There's also the couple who fly the grandparents over on AirTran, then unexpectedly hand them a pair of infants and jump into a cab for a surprise vacation. Grandpa, standing outside the house frantically yelling, "Don't leave us with the babies," is worth a first-class ticket any day.
