Elizabeth Banks has had a pretty decent year. She co-starred in the Brian Wilson biopic "Love & Mercy" and returned to the screen in three different roles: as Lindsay in the Netflix series "Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp"; as Effie Trinket in the final installment of "The Hunger Games" franchise; and as Gail Abernathy-McKadden in "Pitch Perfect 2," which also happened to be her feature film directorial debut.
She was named one of Entertainment Weekly's Entertainers of the Year and VH1's Big Trailblazer for 2015. On top of all that, she used her unique comedic flare to make online real estate services interesting by starring in Realtor.com's biggest branding campaign ever. The spots, out of Pereira & O'Dell, were directed by Fred Savage. Ms. Banks told Realtor.com the ad campaign was a perfect fit because she was "a little house-obsessed and looking for a home" herself.
