The Meow Mix Co. has developed a show, found a host, and even had interest from advertisers. The only thing missing now is a network to air it on. Meow TV, featuring TBS's "Dinner & A Movie" host Annabelle Gurwitch and her cat Stinky, is set to air early next year, but the cat food company is still in negotiations with networks and cable stations to find a home for the quirky cat-targeted program. A company spokeswoman said Meow Mix will buy time on a cable station for the hour-long special and subsequent programming if need be, though it most likely won't have to resort to that. Other advertisers have already expressed interest in participating in the program.

Dr. Nancy Snyderman, ABC News medical correspondent, was suspended in April for a week without pay after violating a policy against employees endorsing products by doing a radio voice-over for Tylenol. Now Dr. Snyderman is leaving the network to become VP-medical affairs for Tylenol's parent company, Johnson & Johnson. Company Chairman-CEO William C. Weldon said Dr. Snyderman's "unique background and perspective as both a surgeon and respected medical journalist will be valuable in helping us explain advances in medical technology." It is not known how ABC intends to replace Dr. Snyderman, who has made appearances on "20/20" and "Good Morning America," where she has also served as a fill-in anchor.
