For example, whereas most agencies spend months creating a Super Bowl spot, FLO TV assigned the agency three spots after Christmas. The team had less than two months to write, produce and traffic the commercials.

"In our history, we've been an underdog, but we play that to our advantage and we like the freedom that comes with that ," said Mr. Magner.

The agency pulled off a similarly quick rebranding in 2012 for FanVision. The campaign included traditional media and a complete rebuild of, a complex e-commerce site, which the agency completed in just 30 days. After creative launched, total customer activations increased 32%.

The agency, whose oldest account is Yokes Fresh Market, has also worked with Netflix, Providence Healthcare and Amp'd Mobile. Magner Sanborn is headquartered in Spokane, Wash., and has offices in Seattle and San Diego.
