Ten-year-old A2G has spent the past four years positioning itself as a premiere agency for brand-supported, influencer-produced user-generated content. The 20-person creative shop based in Los Angeles added a New York office and launched an internship program in 2014.

"We only want to be as big as we need to be to deliver the best programs," said Amy Cotteleer, founder and chief creative officer, who has helped draw in top clients including Citigroup, Old Navy and Gap, for which it created the #DressNormalProject.
