This Portland, Ore.-based agency has come a long way from selling email-marketing software 13 years ago. It now offers digital and creative agency services for brands like Embrace Oregon, which tapped eROI to help it restructure its relationship with the Department of Human Services and recruit more foster parents. A campaign featuring foster-parent personas that ran across various ad formats resulted in a 300% increase in available foster families by early 2015. The shop also created a new brand logo for Taco Bell's social media loyalty program, Taco Bell Explore, and worked with coffee roaster Stumptown on a digital content and email-marketing effort during the holidays that contributed to a 235% increase in gift-subscription purchases.
