Robert Lodge, CEO of Boulder, Colo.-based Young Jenkins, is one of four full-time staffers. Mr. Lodge said the shop's primary strength is in its willingness to detach itself from commonplace marketing strategies in favor of creating innovative, more "experiential" marketing. The shop is responsible for "Pillow Talk," a campaign for Adobe that landed a panel of filmmakers in bed together at the Sundance Film Festival. The filmmakers live-streamed their conversation from this cozy spot to evoke the notion of the deep thoughts and conversations that usually happen after hours. Young Jenkins' other clients include Bhakti Chai and Purely Elizabeth granola.
