For an eclectic taste of premium goodies, we can easily rely on the talents at Sonny London. The shop's 2010 reel yielded noteworthy outside the box performances like "Popcorn," an in-theater stunt directed by Jeff Labbe for St. John Ambulance and BBH London, which turned a cinema ad for the eponymous movietime treat into a call for help aimed at filmgoers. There was also "Unhappy Slap." Directed by Emil Moller, the grim interactive tale out of M&C Saatchi used facemapping technology to turn the user into a bullying victim to help promote CyberMentors.org. Spots-wise, Sonny had a very bright 2010, and turned out such pleasers as Carlsberg's "Team Talk," directed by Labbe and starring a slew of British sports heavyweights to imagine what it would be like if Carlsberg did team talks; Warburtons' "Made with Care 2010," a dramatic illustration of the bakery's breadmaking pride, directed by Guy Manwaring, and the surreal choc-minded "Gu You Ganache" spot out of Mother London, shot by Mattias Montero. Sonny co-founder Fredrik Bond also returned to his buddy tales for Carling, in "Round," while Tomas Jonsgarden brought Mercedes into the "Next Revolution."
