Jennifer Anderson gragg has worked on more than 50 campaigns during her seven years at AOL Time Warner's TNT. "It's given me a whole lot of experience in a short amount of time," says the TNT director of marketing, who just turned 29.

She's responsible for marketing weekend programming including original and acquired movies, each with a seven-figure budget. That included the July 13 premiere of TNT original "Prince Charming," a remake of the fairy tale in which a 15th century prince and his squire finagle for love in New York today. "We wanted to modernize the story and be able to tap into `Joe Millionaire' and all the new love reality shows out there," Ms. Anderson Gragg says. The network turned to Evan Marriott and Sarah Kozer, of Fox's "Joe Millionaire" fame, for national TV spots.

"She's more seasoned than a lot of executives who might be 10 years older," says Scot Safon, senior VP-marketing and promotions for CNN NewsGroup and former senior VP-marketing at TNT.
