Armed with a BA in marketing and a master's in business administration, the Colorado native also helped lay the groundwork for Dodge's upcoming European debut. Ms. Maren, 29, says her proudest accomplishment to date is the teamwork that developed plans and ad materials for the launch of DaimlerChrysler's financial services arm in China. "I like using my financial skills in marketing," Ms. Maren says. "I like the analytical side of marketing better than the creative side."
Her boss, Susan Thompson, senior manager of Chrysler brand's family vehicles, is impressed with Ms. Maren's ability to work with groups of people across disciplines. "She has no trouble opening doors."
