I like to play piano. My dog Texas Pete shakes his butt when I play Bach. He's very enthusiastic. He wears his heart on his sleeve. He finds bliss in empty plastic bottles. I like how Louis Malle said that when you shoot dogs and kids you're filming the truth. Capturing honesty on film is tough. People are always finding new ways to mask themselves. But the truth runs through us like a live current. What I love is figuring out how to tap into that current. I'm naked under this robe.
