The New York Police launched a new phase of its recruitment campaign that features in one ad Ray Romano, star of CBS' "Everybody Loves Raymond," and his brother Rich, who's an NYPD sergeant. The effort, handled pro bono by Robert A. Becker/Euro RSCG, consists of personal stories from people who know New York police officers.
