Daewoo Motor America last week broke a spot for the Lanos small car. The execution is part of the South Korean automaker's $30 million debut national push that started in late January. The Lanos joins inline skaters as on-screen supers humorously warn "Very, very unsafe" and "Do not simulate." Vihlene & Associates, Laguna Hills, Calif., re-edited a spot made for Daewoo in the U.K. by Duckworth Finn Grubb Waters, London. Colin Lee, advertising specialist at Daewoo in the U.S., was the copywriter. He and agency principal Vern Vihlene collaborated as art directors.
