"Putting on the Dog"is the title of William Wegman's first work done exclusively for The New Yorker. The photographer's dog Fay was enlisted to give her best impression of the magazine's longstanding icon, Eustace Tilley, for the cover of the 75th anniversary issue, out this week. The use of a photo instead of a drawing is a notable departure for the weekly.
