Denver-based agency Barnhart/CMI borrowed the look and tone of Buffalo Bill Wild West Show posters of the late 1800s for a 2000 campaign promoting Wyoming tourism. The goal was to present the state from the eyes of a tourist while highlighting Wyoming's heritage and attractions. The shop's Cheyenne office created the campaign for the Travel & Tourism Division of the Wyoming Business Council. The ads are running in 42 national magazines. Copywriter: Tim Abare. Art director: Monte Mead.
