Whirlpool women in command

Published on .

Whirlpool Home Appliances shows empowered women -- whose power seems to extend even over the elements -- in a global branding campaign that starts in the U.S. today. Rather than portraying housewives toiling over their appliances, these 21st century women use fire, water and air to take control of mythical landscapes. The advertising is already running in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. The campaign, themed "Just imagine," was created by Publicis & Hal Riney, Chicago, and Publicis' London office.Copywriter: Joel Machak. Art director: Martyn Marler.
