Production Index

Published on .

September saw a lift in the CPI after a slow August, rising from 10.3 to 12.2. The Creativity Production Index-the average number of spots produced by a sample of agency offices-has been down since May, when it plummeted from April's strong 14.2 to 9.7, but it shows some improvement with September's numbers. In the first nine months of the year, the CPI dipped slightly to 11.9, with the 12-month average holding steady at 11.3.
