November held steady for agency production, as the CPI dipped ever so slightly from 13.1 to 12.9. The Creativity Production Index-the average number of spots produced by a sample of agency offices-has still not matched April's strong 14.2, but has not come close to 2005's low of 9.7 in May. In the first 11 months of the year, the CPI stays at an average 12.3, with the 12-month average rising to 11.5.
