It's the first month of '08 and here at Creativity we're starting with strength. Our annual heads of production roundtable was called into session and gave us the chance to pick the brains of the industry's top production heads, with conversation ranging from timelines and schedules to the formation of a new creative team and the evolution of "traditional" media. The issue also features two running office tours of Crispin, Porter + Bogusky and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners' production departments, trips through the places where dreams come true, careers are made and the weak are crushed like bugs—not to mention where some of the best integrated ideas are executed. Stay tuned for video from the tours, as well as bonuses from the roundtable. We also tracked down production mavens like Fallon's David Annis, Cutwater's Jennifer Golub, Crispin's Mike Gerstein and Saatchi & Saatchi's Jennifer Pearse and gained some insight on the technical challenges of 2007's top work. Check back throughout this week as we roll out more highlights from our January issue.
