Viral Video Chart: Durex Says Social Media Is Ruining Your Sex Life

Air France Lands at No. 2 With Stylish Video

By Published on .

Condom-maker Durex has struck a nerve with sex, technology and social media. The marketer's #Connect effort, which posits that the sexiest thing to do with social media is turn it off, has earned the number one spot for the second straight week in our weekly Viral Video Chart, which tracks views of campaigns in the week ending each Sunday, as compiled by Visible Measures.

Air France's stylish "France Is In The Air" made the chart for the second straight week and ranks No. 2, while Facebook's "Help is Only a Friend Away," comes in No. 3, with a message that Facebook's Messenger can enhance friendship and togetherness.

Campaigns featuring Hollywood heavyweights have been faring well. Matt Damon's joint work with Stella Artois and Water.org comes in at No. 7, while Microsoft's The Collective Project, which featurs Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jr., makes the chart for the second straight week.
