Looks like Mother's Day came a bit early this year in the form of a 4-minute spot launched by Cardstore, American Greetings.

Created with a twist, the video opens up with various applicants for a "Director of Operations" position in which they must be well-versed in fields such as medicine, finance and culinary arts. The right candidate must also be able to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and receive no vacations – all without any pay. The spot then goes on to reveal that billions of people currently hold this very position: moms.

The video garnered over 15.7 million views in one week and comes in at No. 2 in this week's Viral Video Chart.

Durex also makes the chart this week with "#TurnOffToTurnOn," a campaign that encourages intimacy in observance of Earth Day, while Dodge debuts at No. 4, celebrating its 100-year anniversary by gathering the wisdom of seniors who were all born around the year of the brand's founding.

Coming in at No. 7 is Foot Locker and Adidas with a hilarious advert featuring NBA star athlete Damian Lillard; and Samsung caps the chart at No. 10 this week with a vibrant commercial showcasing the new Galaxy S5. It garnered over 2.5 million views last week, according to Visible Measures.
