Behold the Power of Hype

Published on .

Mentioning lactose intolerance in a cheese ad seems a bit dangerous, we suppose, but how's this for hubris? Oregon is belittling the cheese of Wisconsin! We can't comment on the quality of Oregon cheese; we didn't know they made any. But, thanks to Portland's JohnsonSheen, they have plenty of 'tude for a state not known for much besides excessive rainfall. "Our media director is a big Green Bay Packers fan," explains AD Brent Anderson of the ad that has the temerity to suggest Wisconsin cheese makes a great hat. "So, naturally, we had to make fun of him."
