This Spanish spot is by far the strangest lottery ad we've ever seen, yet its emotional thrust cuts through the weirdness. A man leads a young boy through a hellish office environment (eels in the water cooler, doors that will take a hand off) to deliver his resignation (we think). The tag: "If you can't, El Ni -- o will do it for you."
