Ringan Ledwidge orchestrates some brilliant street action in which a regular guy, not a pro athlete, chases a runaway hot dog cart in the narrow, picturesque streets of some Mediterranean port town. This is presented in a series of shots that are typically Nike perfect-the kicker being he's not trying to stop the cart, he just wants to put some ketchup (hey, it's foreign) on his hot dog. And he does this, just before the cart plunges into the sea and he's set upon by meat-frenzied dogs. The editing and effects and the music-a remix of "Balkan Hot Step"-are all Hebrew National quality.
